The Tools menu displays system management tasks that can be performed on a selected object. The actions displayed will vary depending on the object selected.
For example, the Tools Menu will display two submenus, Daily Administration and Storage Management, if a diskette drive is selected. The Tools Menu displays the SysMan Menu and the submenus, Daily Administration, Storage Management, Configuration, and Monitoring and Tuning if the top level of a single system is selected. The Tools menu displays the same submenus as the single system, along with the CAA Setup, Start All Applications, Stop All Applications, and Manage Cluster Aliases submenus if the top level of a cluster is selected.
The Tools menu will be dimmed if there are no selected objects.
