Use the Status_Monitor View window to:
Check how long the system has been running continuously.
Recognize immediately the status of each of the attention groups being monitored on the system or cluster. The status light associated with an attention group in a failed or warning state will change color.
Display any of the available views by selecting the name of a View window in the drop down View: list.
Display the events that have been posted for each attention group by double clicking on the status light. You also can clear events and reset object states.
Access the File menu, Options menu, or Windows menu.
The Status_Monitor View window is displayed when SysMan Station is opened. You also can access the Status_Monitor View window from the Windows menu on any View window.

Title Bar | Displays the following: Use the title bar to determine what system you are monitoring and which user name you are using on that system if you are running multiple instances of SysMan Station on a UNIX workstation or PC. |
View: | Displays a list of available views. You can select the name of a view to display it in the current window. |
Status Area | Displays status of the system's or cluster's attention groups. Each attention group is represented by a status light, which changes color to indicate an error or trouble condition. You can double click a status light to open the Event Data for Attention Group dialog box and display events for that attention group. The following attention groups are displayed on the Status_Monitor View window by default. You can enable or disable display of any of the attention groups by using the Disable or Enable Monitoring of an Attention Group task.
