prm1d, prm2d - Process Resource Manager (PRM) daemons
SYNOPSIS
are started by using the command or at boot-time.
DESCRIPTION
PRM has the following daemons. You can set boot-time operations of
these daemons by editing the file /etc/rc.config.d/prm. You can also
use to enable and disable the daemons, as well as perform other opera‐
tions.
Provides application management. The daemon checks whether processes
are in
their assigned PRM groups and moves them if need be.
Provides in-kernel memory management of both private memory and shared
memory.
