     NAME
	  mkcat - create a new GNATS category

     SYNOPSIS
	  mkcat

     DESCRIPTION
	  Scans	 /usr/freeware/lib/gnats/gnats-db/gnats-adm/categories
	  for  any  new	 categories,  creating	new  subdirectories in
	  /usr/freeware/lib/gnats/gnats-db if any are found.  Also up-
	  dates current list of categories for send-pr.

     FILES
	  /usr/freeware/lib/gnats/gnats-db/gnats-adm/categories
	  Creates /usr/freeware/lib/gnats/gnats-db/new-category
	  Updates /usr/freeware/lib/gnats/humu
	  Updates /usr/freeware/lib/gnats-dist/humu

     SEE ALSO
