NAME
     netcvt - NetWare virtual terminal server daemon

SYNOPSIS
     netcvt

DESCRIPTION
     The netcvt server is started automatically by the /etc/rc script if the
     system is configured as an IPX/SPX server.	 The netcvt server provides
     NetWare virtual terminal service for the ncterm.exe client shipped with
     BSD/OS or other NetWare virtual terminal clients using the SPX based Net-
     Ware virtual terminal protocols.
