     UUTRY(ADM) XENIX System V UUTRY(ADM)

     Name
uutry - Tries to contact remote system with debugging on.

     Syntax
	  /usr/lib/uucp/uutry [ -x debug_level ] [ -r ] system

     Description
The uutry program is a shell script that invokes uucico to
call a remote site. Debugging is automatically enabled at
default level 5; -x overrides this value. If uutry
successfully connects to the remote system, uutry stores the
debugging output in the file /tmp/system, where system is
the name of the remote system. In addition, uutry uses tail
-f to print the last 10 lines of the debugging output to the
	  standard output.

To break out of the shell created by uutry , press DELETE or
BREAK . This returns control to the terminal while uucico
continues to run, sending the output to /tmp/system_name.

The -r option overrides the retry time in the Systems file.

     Files
