Name
       tputs - pad and output string

Syntax
       tputs(str, count, putc)
       register char *str;
       int count;
       int (*putc)();

Description
       This  function  adds  padding to the string and outputs it.  The string
       must be either a string variable or the return value from or The	 vari‐
       able  is the number of lines affected; this is set to 1 if not applica‐
       ble.  The function is a style routine.  The characters  are  passed  to
       one at a time.
