     Name
	  terminal - Login terminal.

     Description
	  A terminal is any device used to enter and display data.  It
	  may be connected to the computer:

	    - By a serial wire, either direct or dialup
	    - As a virtual terminal, for example with emulator
	    software
	    - Through a display adapter

	 A terminal has an associated device file /dev/tty*.

     Files
	  /dev/tty*
