NAME
       rstatd - kernel statistics server

SYNOPSIS
       /usr/etc/rpc.rstatd

DESCRIPTION
       Rstatd  is  a server which returns performance statistics obtained from
       the kernel.  The rstatd daemon is normally invoked by inetd(8C).
