NAME
       disjv_i -  Checks if two interval vectors disjoint.

DESCRIPTION
		  TRUE if INTERSECTION of X and Y is EMPTY
       The  function   DISJV_I checks if two interval vectors X and Y are dis‐
       joint. X IS_DISJOINT with Y if and only if
       Xi INTERSECTION_WITH Yi is EMPTY
       for some entry of X and Y. The routine returns .FALSE. if N is equal to
       zero.

SYNOPSIS
       LOGICAL FUNCTION DISJV_I(X, Y)
       INTERVAL, INTENT(IN) :: X(:), Y(:)
	 where
       X and Y have shape (N).

ARGUMENTS
       X (input)
		      Array of DIMENSION N.
		      Unchanged on exit.
       Y (input)
		      Array of DIMENSION N.
		      Unchanged on exit.

ERRORS
       blas_error_alloc
		 X or Y is unallocated array

       blas_error_shape
		 shape(X) /= shape(Y)
