StartTagIteration - start tag iteration in a profile

DESCRIPTION
StartTagIteration is used to step through all the tags in the profile
prof in order. StartTagIteration generates an iterator used to traverse
the set of tags in the profile prof. iterator is the data structure used
by the color managmenet system (CMS) to keep track of its position in the
iteration. Its contents are private to the CMS. The actual traversal is
done with the function cmsNextTagIteration. An iteration is ended using
cmsEndTagIteration.
