CDallowremoval - unlock the CD-ROM drive eject button

PARAMETER
cd A pointer to the CDPLAYER structure representing the target CD-ROM
drive.
DESCRIPTION
CDallowremoval(3dm) unlocks the eject button on the CD-ROM drive
permitting the user to eject the caddy if desired.
