menu_new, new_menu, free_menu - create and destroy menus
SYNOPSIS
cc [ flag... ] file... -lmenu-lcurses [ library... ]

MENU *new_menu(ITEM **items);
int free_menu(MENU *menu);
DESCRIPTIONnew_menu() creates a new menu connected to the item pointer array items
and returns a pointer to the new menu.
free_menu() disconnects menu from its associated item pointer array and
frees the storage allocated for the menu.
RETURN VALUESnew_menu() returns NULL on error.
free_menu() returns one of the following:
E_OK The routine returned successfully.
E_SYSTEM_ERROR System error.
E_BAD_ARGUMENT An incorrect argument was passed to the routine.
E_POSTED The menu is already posted.
