Commercial Row refers to both the large street in the city as well as the entire western part of the city. This is the only turf that is independent territory; no Family lays claim to this area. Instead, it is run and maintained by the various shop owners that run businesses in this section of town. There is a higher density of businesses and shops.

There is no structured policing force in this area, but the shop keepers work as a loose group to keep down gang activity and other shady business in the area of their stores. A major force in this are the Exiles, with the rumored armory of Brotherhood-grade weaponry they maintain and use. Sometimes, vigilantes will help quell any rising gangs or illicit activity going on in the area. Rumor has it that Connor Massey helps keep the streets clear. Generally, there aren't open gangs roving Commercial Row, and muggers, murderers, thugs, and drug-dealers are uncommon and usually don't show themselves in the open. But, don't get too comfy, and try to keep one eye on your back when roving around at night.

Commercial Row is middle-grade for quality of living. There are some places that get fresh flowing water, reliable electricity, have paved roads, and offer good street lighting, especially around the core of Commercial Row, where the main businesses are. However, in several areas, especially near the border of Mordino turf and around the edges of the city, conditions deteriorate to spotty lighting, bad-tasting water, frequent electrical blackouts, and the typical run-down conditions befitting a city that went through nuclear hell.
