MERCURIAL mirrors

To achive better source code update for users that do not have access to MERCURIAL databases or just to make easier to fetch project source codes, polarhome.com introduced some kind of MERCURIAL mirroring service, that at least every second hour updates the latest development source code from official distribution sites and creates compressed source code packages for each project.
