VMS Help System Services, $PROCESS SCAN  *Conan The Librarian (sorry for the slow response - running on an old VAX)

    Creates and initializes a process context that is used by $GETJPI
    to scan processes on the local system or across the nodes in an
    OpenVMS Cluster system.

    On Alpha systems, this service accepts 64-bit addresses.
