    type:         longword (unsigned)

    mechanism:    output by reference
    Pointer to a longword. The value returned is minimum legal size
    of a galaxy lock structure.

 max_size

    OpenVMS usage:address
    type:         longword (unsigned)
    access:       write
    mechanism:    output by reference
    Pointer to a longword. The value returned is maximum legal size
    of a galaxy lock structure.
