    Invalidates an OpenVMS Galaxy lock and deletes it.

    Note that this system service is supported only in an OpenVMS
    Alpha Galaxy environment.

    Arguments

 handle

    OpenVMS usage:galaxy lock handle
    type:         quadword (unsigned)
    access:       read
    mechanism:    input by value
    The 64-bit lock handle that identifies the lock to be deleted.
    This value is returned by SYS$CREATE_GALAXY_LOCK.
