       /SYMBOLS (default)
       /NOSYMBOLS

    Determines whether global and local symbols (except $RESTART,
    $SEVERITY, and $STATUS) are passed to the subprocess. $RESTART,
    $SEVERITY, and $STATUS symbols are never passed to the
    subprocess.
