    The Common Logarithm routine returns the common (base 10)
    logarithm of the input argument.

    Format

      MTH$ALOG10  floating-point-input-value

      MTH$DLOG10  floating-point-input-value

      MTH$GLOG10  floating-point-input-value

      Each of the above formats accepts one of the floating-point
      types as input.
