    Given the hyperbolic tangent of an angle, the Hyperbolic Arc
    Tangent routine returns the hyperbolic arc tangent of that angle.

    Format

      MTH$ATANH  hyperbolic-tangent

      MTH$DATANH  hyperbolic-tangent

      MTH$GATANH  hyperbolic-tangent

      Each of the above formats accepts one of the floating-point
      types as input.
