    Given the tangent of an angle, the Arc Tangent in Degrees routine
    returns that angle (in degrees).

    Format

      MTH$ATAND  tangent

      MTH$DATAND  tangent

      MTH$GATAND  tangent

      Each of the above formats accepts one of the floating-point
      types as input.
