  $ MESSAGE/FILE_NAME=COBOLMF/NOTEXT /OBJECT=MESPNTR COBOLMSG

      This MESSAGE command creates the object module MESPNTR.OBJ,
      which does not contain text; instead, it contains a pointer to
      the nonexecutable message file COBOLMF.EXE.
