  /CONDITION=(NAME=LOCATION,
              TEST=(ZIP EQ "01863"))
  /INCLUDE=(CONDITION=LOCATION)

      These /CONDITION and /INCLUDE qualifiers specify that records
      with the zip code 01863 will be included in the output file.
