VMS Help MAIL Routines, MAIL$USER_END, Description  *Conan The Librarian (sorry for the slow response - running on an old VAX)

    The MAIL$USER_END routine deallocates the user database context
    created by MAIL$USER_BEGIN as well as all dynamic memory
    allocated by previous user routines.
