   /CLI[=cli]
   /NOCLI

   Specifies an alternate command language interpreter (CLI) for
   the subprocess to use. The CLI you specify must be located in
   SYS$SYSTEM and have the file type .EXE. The default is the CLI
   the parent process uses.
