VMS Help DEASSIGN, /QUEUE  *Conan The Librarian (sorry for the slow response - running on an old VAX)

    Deassigns a logical queue from a printer or terminal queue and
    stops the logical queue. The DEASSIGN/QUEUE command cannot be
    used with batch queues.

    Requires manage (M) access to the queue.
