         Explanation:

         The DCE principal name specified as the primary principal while
         attempting to create an alias principal name is nonexistent in
         the DCE registry.

         User Action:

         Use the correct DCE principal name. Use the DCE tool RGY_EDIT
         to view the DCE registry.
