VMS Help CQUAL Routines, UTIL$CQUAL_CONFIRM_ACT  *Conan The Librarian (sorry for the slow response - running on an old VAX)

    The UTIL$CQUAL_CONFIRM_ACT routine prompts the user for
    confirmation, using the optional prompt routine if present, and
    returns an indication of the user's response.

    Format
