 Message        An error occurred while attempting to open the
                preprocessor output file:  <problem>.

 Description    An unexpected error occurred during the creation of a
                preprocessor output file or a dependency file.  The
                message text will contain additional information
                about the failure.

 User Action    Correct the condition that caused the failure.
