 Message        Non-unique formal parameter definition.

 Description    The same name has been used for more than one formal
                parameter in a macro definition.  Any occurrence of
                the name in the macro body will correspond to the
                last formal parameter given this name.

 User Action    Each macro formal parameter should have a unique
                name.
