    Serializes and deserializes unsigned long integers.
    Format

      bool_t  xdr_u_long(XDR *xdrs, unsigned long *ulp);

1 - Arguments

 xdrs
    A pointer to an XDR stream handle created by one of the XDR
    stream handle creation routines.
 ulp
    A pointer to the unsigned long integer.

2 - Description

    A filter primitive that translates between unsigned long integers
    and their external representations.

3 - Return Values

    TRUE               Indicates success.
    FALSE              Indicates failure.
