    This directory, known by the logical name SYS$MANAGER, contains
    files used to manage the operating system. This directory is
    the default directory for the system manager's account.

1 - ACCOUNTNG.DAT

    Accounting data file

2 - AGEN$NEW_NODE_DEFAULTS.DAT

    Used with CLUSTER_CONFIG.COM and AUTOGEN, a site-specific
    data file that includes system parameter values for
    non-satellite nodes

3 - AGEN$NEW_NODE_DEFAULTS.TEMPLATE

    Used with CLUSTER_CONFIG.COM and AUTOGEN, a template for a site-
    specific data file to include system parameter values for non-
    satellite nodes

4 - AGEN$NEW_SATELLITE_DEFAULTS.DAT

    Used with CLUSTER_CONFIG.COM and AUTOGEN, a site-specific
    data file that includes system parameter values for
    satellite nodes

5 - AGEN$NEW_SATELLITE_DEFAULTS.TEMPLATE

    satellite nodes

6 - AGENPARAMS.EXE

    For Compaq use only; this file provides information to the
    AUTOGEN command procedure

7 - ALFMAINT.COM

8 - AMDS$DRIVER_ACCESS.DAT

    Defines security information for the Availability Manager and
    DECamds data collector nodes. It is read once at startup time.
