1 - /CLUSTER

    Requires OPER and LOG_IO privilege, and in an OpenVMS Cluster
    environment, SYSLCK privilege.

    Sets the time on all nodes in a cluster to the same system time.
    The format of the SET TIME /CLUSTER command is the following:
