    Sets a flag indicating that a CTRL-C has been issued.

2 - Condition Value Returned

    SCA$_NORMAL           Normal successful completion.

3 - Description

    The SCA$ASYNCH_TERMINATE routine sets a flag indicating that a
    CTRL-C has been issued.
