       /DATABASE=filespec

    Specifies the location of the License Database. The default file
    specification is defined by the logical name LMF$LICENSE, which
    points to SYS$COMMON:[SYSEXE]LMF$LICENSE.LDB on an unmodified
    OpenVMS system.
