VMS Help DSR, DSR Flags, Comment  *Conan The Librarian (sorry for the slow response - running on an old VAX)

    The Comment flag (!) is used to insert comments in .RNO files.
    You type the comment text immediately after the Comment flag.
    Comments do not appear in the output file.
