1 - /NAME_OF_MANAGER

       /NAME_OF_MANAGER=string

    Identifies the name of the queue manager to be deleted. The
    /NAME_OF_MANAGER qualifier is required. The required name value
    can be up to 31 characters long and can be a logical name.
