VMS Help System Services, $ULKPAG 64 (Alpha Only)  *Conan The Librarian (sorry for the slow response - running on an old VAX)

    On Alpha systems, unlocks pages that were previously locked in
    memory by the Lock Pages in Memory ($LCKPAG_64) service.

    This service accepts 64-bit addresses.
