VMS Help System Services, $ICC ACCEPT  *Conan The Librarian (sorry for the slow response - running on an old VAX)

    Responds to an incoming connection request. This call is used to
    complete an ICC connection from the server side.

    On Alpha systems, this service accepts 64-bit addresses.

    Format

      SYS$ICC_ACCEPT  conn_handle ,[accept_buf] ,[accept_len]

                      ,[user_context] ,[flags]
