       /OWNER_UIC=uic

    Requires OPER (operator) privilege or control (C)  access to the
    queue.

    Enables you to change the user identification code (UIC) of the
    queue. Specify the UIC by using the standard format as described
    in the OpenVMS Guide to System Security.
