    The Load a Virtual Display from a File routine creates a new
    virtual display and loads it with a virtual display saved with
    SMG$SAVE_VIRTUAL_DISPLAY.

    Format

      SMG$LOAD_VIRTUAL_DISPLAY  display-id [,filespec]
