    The Sine and Cosine of Angle Expressed in Radians routine returns
    the sine and cosine of a given angle (in radians).

    Format

      MTH$SINCOS  angle-in-radians ,sine ,cosine

      MTH$DSINCOS  angle-in-radians ,sine ,cosine

      MTH$GSINCOS  angle-in-radians ,sine ,cosine

      MTH$HSINCOS  angle-in-radians ,sine ,cosine

      Each of the above formats accepts one of the floating-point
      types as input.
