    The Hyperbolic Cosine routine returns the hyperbolic cosine of
    the input value.

    Format

      MTH$COSH  floating-point-input-value

      MTH$DCOSH  floating-point-input-value

      MTH$GCOSH  floating-point-input-value

      Each of the above formats accepts one of the floating-point
      types as input.
