    The Cosine of Angle Expressed in Degrees routine returns the
    cosine of a given angle (in degrees).

    Format

      MTH$COSD  angle-in-degrees

      MTH$DCOSD  angle-in-degrees

      MTH$GCOSD  angle-in-degrees

      Each of the above formats accepts one of the floating-point
      types as input.
