    The Complex Number Made from D- or G-Floating Point routines
    return a complex number from two D- or G-floating input values.

    Format

      MTH$DCMPLX  complx ,real-part ,imaginary-part

      MTH$GCMPLX  complx ,real-part ,imaginary-part

      Each of the above formats accepts one of floating-point complex
      types as input.
