    The Complex Exponential routine returns the complex exponential
    of a complex number.

    Format

      MTH$CDEXP  complex-exponent ,complex-number

      MTH$CGEXP  complex-exponent ,complex-number

      Each of the above formats accepts one of the floating-point
      complex types as input.
