    The Cosine of a Complex Number routine returns the cosine of a
    complex number.

    Format

      MTH$CDCOS  complex-cosine ,complex-number

      MTH$CGCOS  complex-cosine ,complex-number

      Each of the above formats accepts one of the floating-point
      complex types as input.
