    The Complex Absolute Value routine returns the absolute value of
    a complex number (r,i).

    Format

      MTH$CABS  complex-number

      MTH$CDABS  complex-number

      MTH$CGABS  complex-number

      Each of the above formats accepts one of the floating-point
      complex types as input.
