    The Get Logical Name routine calls the system service routine
    $TRNLNM to return information about a logical name.

    Format

      LIB$GET_LOGICAL  logical-name [,resultant-string]

                       [,resultant-length] [,table-name]

                       [,max-index] [,index] [,acmode] [,flags]
